I created these reversible yoga alignment cards for students to choose whether or not they want hands-on adjustments during yoga class.

As a yoga teacher, I always want my students to feel comfortable. This means always asking for consent. But while teaching classes, I noticed that some students felt a bit shy. This card system helps students who don't feel comfortable.
