Our mobile app design is dedicated to providing a comprehensive and user-friendly platform for tracking and improving your fitness and health. The design includes carefully researched and curated features to inspire and support users in their wellness journey. Advanced features are incorporated to ensure a delightful experience, allowing users to monitor calories, track walking distances, measure heart rate, and log sleep patterns.

Problems

We identified several key issues faced by users wanting to monitor their fitness and health metrics:

- Difficulty in tracking and visualizing calorie intake and expenditure.

- Challenges in accurately measuring walking distances and daily steps.

- Lack of reliable tools for monitoring heart rate.

- Insufficient options for logging and analyzing sleep patterns.

How We Solved the Problems
