What was the purpose of the project?

Introducing Forget-me-Not, a non-profit organization dog shelter dedicated to rehoming all their lovable pups. Their current adoption events, fundraising initiatives, and outreach programs are fantastic, but they see a gap in volunteer engagement.

Our goal here is to design an app that bridges that gap by personalizing the volunteer experience. By understanding a volunteer's skills and area of interests, the app can match them with the perfect opportunity. ⚾

This not only benefits Forget-me-Not by increasing their volunteer force, but it also creates a more fulfilling experience for the volunteers themselves, fostering a long-lasting connection to the shelter and its mission. 🐶
