Is there an online course platform that is easy to use for users?

My biggest challenge is whether simplifying navigation in an online course platform can increase the number of users

What can be improved?

Improve research skills by reading references to determine the right method, as well as sharpening design thinking skills in the areas of empathize, define, and ideate.

What's next?

The whole series of research methods need to be deepened in the future by considering all aspects starting from stakeholders to users, so as to provide insightful results that can describe the actual pain points.
