These technologies can influence different aspects of the industry, from pre-trip to post-trip : booking, expense management, customer experience, security and compliance, as well as data analysis.

These technologies are often more complex to integrate than they appear, and the aim is for them to produce a truly perceptible benefit for the traveller.
