Landing page for an Event Planning SaaS

The goal:

Welcome the user to a community landing page previous to the physical event, in order to share event information but also to increase community engagement and enable network creation

The challenge:

Bringing together the several parties participating in making an event into one central place where they can all see relevant information for their logistics and be able to connect to each other. Events ecosystem require to bring together the event organizers, presenters, attendees and third party services.

The outcome:

A landing page where the interface is split into sections so that each of the parties to place information relevant to a pre-event engagement. We worked with the stakeholders defining which type of information and engagement would be suitable to create a buzzing digital community.
