Pockt is an innovative mobile app that aims to make finance more engaging and accessible for both children and adults.

It employs a unique approach to transform traditional pocket money into a digital experience while providing valuable educational content on personal finance and investing.

Custom Stickers

In the initial phase of our project with Pockt, we focused on creating custom stickers that would resonate with the brand’s youthful and vibrant audience. Our stickers feature playful illustrations that incorporate elements of financial growth and everyday fun. For instance, stickers include designs such as pizzas representing easy sharing and flowers symbolising growth, all embedded with Pockt’s signature colors and branding elements.

The goal was to make financial education engaging and visually appealing, encouraging users to proudly display Pockt stickers on personal items like laptops and notebooks.

Packaging Design

Our packaging design for Pockt and Pockt Jr. debit cards was crafted to provide an unboxing experience that speaks to the brand’s commitment to making finance interesting and accessible. We used vibrant colors such as green and blue, which are core to Pockt’s branding, to create a striking visual impact. The boxes are designed with sleek, modern graphics that reflect the digital-first approach of Pockt.

Inside, the packaging continues to delight with contrasting colors and engaging illustrations. For instance, the Pockt box features a calming green exterior and a lively purple interior, while the Pockt Jr. box has a dynamic blue exterior and a cheerful yellow interior. Each box includes messages and illustrations that guide the user through their first interaction with the debit card, enhancing the overall user experience.

Debit Card Designs

For the debit card designs, we aimed to merge functionality with aesthetic appeal. The Pockt and Pockt Jr. cards are designed with a minimalistic approach, featuring the essential elements for a clean look while incorporating playful illustrations that connect with the user’s daily life.

The Pockt debit card uses a green background with coin illustrations that signify savings and financial growth, directly linking to the core value proposition of the app. The Pockt Jr. card, on the other hand, features a vibrant blue background with dynamic shapes and colorful elements that appeal to a younger audience. Each card design ensures that the branding remains consistent and recognizable, making Pockt a trusted companion in the user’s financial journey.

Throughout the design process, we adhered to Pockt’s branding guidelines, utilizing the primary colors (green and blue) and incorporating them into every design aspect. The shapes used in the illustrations are simple and rounded, promoting a friendly and approachable feel. The elements on the cards and packaging are inspired by everyday objects and abstract forms, making the brand relatable and visually stimulating.

By integrating these design elements, we successfully created a cohesive visual identity for Pockt that stands out in the fintech market. The designs not only enhance the user experience but also build a strong emotional connection with the brand.
