This floor plan was conceived at the behest of a friend who explored Figarc, highlighting its practical application in real-world scenarios. Leveraging standard Figarc Pro components, it optimizes functionality and comfort within a modest indoor space spanning approximately 140 square meters. Surprisingly, this compact layout seamlessly accommodates three bedrooms, strategically positioned to maximize natural light and privacy. The children’s rooms face north, while the master bedroom is oriented southeast for optimal sunlight exposure.

Interconnecting the bedrooms are utility spaces housing the bathroom and laundry facilities, cleverly integrated with built-in wardrobes to enhance sound insulation and streamline organization.

The garage, extending to accommodate additional storage at the rear, is ingeniously designed to feature a concealed kitchen storage area accessible through a discreet door in the kitchen.

Central to the floor plan’s ingenuity is the amalgamation of the living, dining, and kitchen areas into a single, rectangular space spanning just 35 square meters.
