In the hustle and bustle of the capital city, Quan Khoi (Restaurant of Smoke) is like a peaceful place, bringing us back to the peaceful memories of the Vietnamese countryside. Born from the burning passion for Vietnamese cuisine of the brand owner, Quan Khoi brings the taste of Vietnamese cuisine imbued with national identity.

The name "Quan Khoi" comes from the familiar image of smoke rising from the fire every time cooking, not only reminiscent of cozy family meals but also symbolizes the feat and meticulousness in the process of preparing dishes. The smoke is also the bridge between tradition and modernity, between old flavors and today's culinary styles.

Quan Khoi's logo design uses an ancient style, reminiscent of the traditional values and long-standing culture of Vietnam. The screw smoke surrounding the brand name creates a cozy and intimate feeling. The smoky image symbolizes the spread of flavor, reminiscent of the alluring aroma of carefully prepared dishes, attracting customers at first sight.

The overall brand identity brings the feeling of a Vietnamese restaurant, where traditional flavors are preserved and developed. Through it, Quan Khoi sends a message about the connection between past and present, between tradition and modernity, while bringing a sense of belonging and inviting diners to experience.
