Bowl Central Brand Identity

Introduction

I completed a design project for Bowl Central, a bowling alley and entertainment centre located in Fareham. The project encompassed a complete brand identity overhaul, aimed at enhancing Bowl Central's visual appeal and aligning it with its vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere. The design work included a new logo, merchandise, outdoor signage, shop banners, and social media post designs, all tailored to reflect the lively and engaging nature of Bowl Central.

Verbal Identity

Core messaging for Bowl Central was crafted to resonate with both employees and customers, encapsulating the essence of fun, community, and excitement. The purpose, mission, and vision statements clearly articulate why Bowl Central exists, how it operates, and its aspirations.

The unique selling proposition highlights Bowl Central's commitment to providing a memorable entertainment experience, while the value proposition focuses on the benefits customers can expect, such as enjoyment, engagement, and a sense of belonging.

Purpose: "To provide an exciting and inclusive entertainment experience for all ages." Mission: "We create unforgettable moments through bowling, games, and community events." Vision: "To be the premier entertainment destination in Fareham, where fun and community come together."

Logo

The logo design for Bowl Central is a shield shape featuring three bowling pins, encapsulated by the text "Bowl Central, Pins and Prizes," with two six-pointed stars on either side. The primary brand colours are red and navy, symbolising energy and reliability. The logo is designed to be versatile and recognisable, suitable for various applications including merchandise, outdoor signs, and digital platforms. This cohesive branding effort ensures a consistent and appealing visual identity for Bowl Central.
