Big Leaf Maple Dining Table

This custom dining table showcases beautiful grain and natural color.  Crafted from wood sourced from a single Big Leaf Maple tree from Independence, Oregon, this table showcases a 2-inch-thick, book-matched maple slab top. To ensure stability and prevent warping or cupping, walnut breadboard edges were added and securely pinned. The table base features traditional Arts and Crafts through-tenon joinery, accented with walnut wedges that complement the pegs in the top’s breadboard, creating a cohesive and refined look.
