For the 3rd year running, the CDS Groupe business hotel barometer provides an overview of the situation in France and Europe.

The inflationary trend is continuing in France due to a combination of factors : the massive return of international tourists, which is putting pressure on occupancy rates, and the impact of rising service costs (energy, food, staff).

The dynamism of the leisure clientele is affecting room availability and inevitably having an impact on corporate prices. Hoteliers may be delighted, but business travelers could suffer...
