Role: Product | UX/UI Design | Team Lead

Brief: Develop a digital or physical product design to improve conditions in your city using learned principles of human-centered design.

As a designer, I led a team of five Engineering students who worked on user research and business development. At the same time, I developed the Product Design for a mobile app focused on enhancing safety conditions for users and stakeholders using or living near public transit sites in Portland, OR.

In addition to the UX/UI Design, I designed all graphics including our brand identity and presentation deck.

As the project was done through an engineering / HCD framework, the deliverables vary from a typical UX case study.

As Team Lead I designed and presented our deck to three Business and Engineering leaders for critique and feedback before presenting to TriMet and the City of Portland.
