BILL Spend & Expense is the all-in-one expense management solution that combines free software with corporate cards to provide you with real-time visibility and customizable control over your business finances.

BILL recognizes a need to “strengthen our core” by improving the foundations of our products to deliver more predictable results for small to medium sized businesses (SMBs). We believe this will better scale our solutions to help SMB's effectively manage their cash flow.

Customer feedback and app usage data have long indicated that Small to Medium Sized Businesses (SMBs) struggle to understand the “budget” feature within BILL Spend & Expense. This produces a low degree of trust that our product can help them control, track, and manage how their company’s funds are spent in the right way.

By enabling more flexibility coupled with simpler, consolidated data and controls, we believe customers will be able to configure their spend & expense experience in ways that more closely align with how they think of their spend. We've also laid the foundation for more tailored budget experiences in the future, further removing the space between where we are and where many of our customers need us to be.
