Sales funnel interface for a wholesale and distribution CRM SaaS

The design:

Visualization of a lead funnel sourcing from various digital touchpoints.

The goal:

Help sales and marketing managers capture blockers on their lead funnel and enable them to make their processes more efficient by showing clearly how their resources are performing.

The challenge:

Sales funnels depend heavily on the human factor: duplicates can be created and leads can get stopped in non digital steps. The challenge was to work with the stakeholders to define clear steps for the leads and modify the visual representation to account for leads that were not treated digitally, while still providing a comprehensive view.

The outcome:

A clear and interactive visualisation of the leads flow. It allows to have a high level view of how the leads are progressing through different steps. On interaction, the interface highlights how many leads were currently on that step, where did they came from and where did they go next. At the same time a table expands, showcasing the full detail on all the data correspondent to those leads, allowing progressive disclosure of information.
