THE BRAND:

Kembara, in Malay, meant 'to wander'; to explore without any predetermined destination. This idyllic word beautifully alluded to something everyone yearned to do - explore the world, carefree and happy. Kembara was not just a culinary journey, but a transcendental experience that transported them across the vast and diverse landscapes of the pan-Asian region as each dish on the menu carried with it a story, a memory, and a sense of adventure.

THE DESIGN:

The menu design echoed this spirit of exploration and discovery. Drawing inspiration from traditional Asian art forms and motifs, the menu was designed as a visual feast in itself. Each page was adorned with illustrations reminiscent of the region's rich cultural heritage. The use of subdued colors further enhanced the immersive experience, inviting diners to embark on a sensory journey through taste and sight. In addition to the menu, print collaterals such as table mats, coasters, and packaging sleeves and stickers were created to further enhance the dining as well as delivery experience. These collaterals featured captivating imagery and compelling narratives, providing diners with a glimpse into the world of Kembara and enticing them to embark on their own culinary adventure.

The menu design along with all the print collaterals served as a gateway to the world of Kembara, inviting diners to explore, indulge, and savor the flavors of Asia in all their glory.
