Real Madrid Sports Cards Designs

I created sports cards and marketing for Real Madrid, these were official cards that would require approval for Real Madrid to make sure every card was correct and at a high standard. They were all bespoke designs that would always be relevant to current games with correct photography from game the set was based on, and have relevant stats depending on how rare the card was.

The cards were made in Adobe Photoshop using bespoke editing that made every card look special. Every player had to masked and every set would have a batchable template using a mix of spreadsheets and Photoshop's batching this meant all the details of the text and even masks could have the same placements without needing to insert the text in the cards for each player for every file.

I would create videos using Adobe After effects for marketing of these sets of cards, the videos would highlight some of the most hyped up players that were in the set. I made a template that would make the cards easily replaceable so it was very adaptable to each set for example the diamond set has a black background with subtle holographic textures but this could easily be changed to a different coloured background and texture to fit another set with a completely different set with a different theme as the animations were very reusable.

Another element I worked on was marketing prizes and awards, these were designed to look valuable as I used gold tones and made the type of "WIN" or "WINNER" stand out so the graphics would be easy to be understand if someone was quickly scrolling social media.
