SmartPorter is an internet platform that provides remote management for the electronic locks Aperio E100 from every place in the world. System is based on temporary access codes that are sent via internet. It allows to resign off the traditional keys and to fully automate the short-term rental business.

Challenge

The Client, as one of the leading short-term rental properties providers in our area, wanted to cut off unnecessary business cost by delivering all-in-one solution for automating check-in process to the market.

Solution

We’ve created a professional and complex solution implementing both the hardware part (responsible for communication with electronic locks) and the software part (web application which allows you to manage reservations, codes, etc.). We’ve created a prototype and designed the whole platform, which contains, for instance:

• Advanced module to inform users about all important events.

• Advanced 24/7 history of guests’ check-ins, check-outs, cleaning service activities.
