WebPulse - Ticket Management Platform

WEBPULSE is an imaginary IT company that specialises in web-pages development. They need a platform for Employees and Managers. It should allow to create & manage tickets, while also communicate between teams and generate reports. I have created a prototyped mockup that demonstrates the design and functionality of the ticket management platform.

Objectives.

  1. Design a UI that can be easily scaled on monitors with different resolution

  2. Combine functionality with a minimalistic design

  3. Develop login screen with a multiple access possibilities

Employee access

Allows to view and create tickets

Manager access

Allows to view & manage tickets, send messages, generate reports

Solutions:

  1. Frameless UI that separates elements visually with the different shades of white & gray

  2. Multifunctional login screen with a plenty of space for additional information or functionality

  3. Edit mode for Managers that will allow to change details of the whole ticket in one click

Result

This was my first time working with the management software, but I am very happy with the final result. Platform feels snappy and very easy to use. Colours are very light and leave a lot of space for the dark mode in the future. I hope, that once this project will become to life :)
