Drug Victims Remembrance Day Poster
This is my landscape poster design, which I won a competition for the Drug Victims Remembrance Day 2024 created in Adobe Illustrator with poster draft conceptions designed in Adobe Express.
My idea of the poster design depicts a victim feeling depressed over drug consumption and comforted by a person's hand with light blue sleeves touching her shoulder, showcasing its unyielding support and awareness about the suffering that victims of drug abusers go through and aiming to rally community support for the anti-drug cause and serves as an important reminder that drug abuse is not victimless - it affects not only the abuser but their family members and loved ones as well. It features a bold and concise tagline on speaking out focusing on family members and loved ones. I also added some effects on the poster design to reflect a dark, serious tone within the background and some graphics tackling various immediate issues on family matters, especially drug-related consequences.
