Starry women is a community for women whose goal is to grow together and develop their potential to become the best version and connect with other great women.
Based on my research on women's issues and gender equality, in the current digital era, most men dominate employment opportunities compared to women. Especially in leadership field. The lack of women in accessing knowledge and
lack of interest in getting involved due to strong domination sentiments from
men are the main pain point in designing Starry Women landing page.
I added small batik details as a symbol of cultural pride and to reflect respect for cultural heritage and traditional values that are important to many women.
