Edenred Checkout

My first challenge when joining Edenred was to build improvements in the Ticket Log Store experience (https://www.edenredhits.com.br/), since users did not understand or were purchasing during the checkout process. The scenario was complex and the project had already gone through two consultancies that did not solve the problem.

After understanding more about the user and the business objectives, we set out to understand how to make the purchase flow as fluid as possible, so that no further doubts arise throughout the process. The main challenges here were making the user understand the signing of the contract and how to access the platform.
