Concept transition - Multi-window switch

This is my previous conceptual design, about Multi-window switching, I just re-designed it. The purpose is to test the feasibility of the user guide experience.

Just as @Matthew Poling mentioned in the comments.
Nowdays almost everything is slide-able, and there is no standardized system to normalize the design principles, this will undoubtedly give users a certain maladjustment. So it is quite a paradox. But personally I think if the guide pages in each app to give users a certain introduction, the situation will be much better.
