Addressed user engagement challenges. Conducted secondary user research, resulting in the creation of a dedicated user dashboard featuring profile statistics, progress charts, and badges, alongside a recommendation tab within user profiles. Additionally, integrated an AI Chatbot to provide personalized course and internship suggestions.
