Dynamics 365 | Design Report
This report was a final artefact produced for the banker workbench project after 6 months of Discovery and Design work to design the customer profile using Dynamics 365.
Project included:
Problem Discovery: Emphatising and exploring the needs of bankers and the tools they use.
Problem Definition: Shared understanding of the Banker's problems to be addressed.
Design Ideation: Scenario-based ideation targeted to focused themes.
Concept Development: Design, Test & Iterate prototype.

3 Phased Approach
Engagement
We spoke to a total of 130 Bankers with various role types, responsibilities and objectives.
We found a lot missing and needing to be fixed across the bank before this would become successful.
