Banker Workbench | Customer Profile Redesign with Dynamics 365

Problem: Bankers across various roles struggled with disjointed tools, making it challenging to manage customer profiles efficiently. We identified multiple gaps in the system that needed addressing for long-term success.

Approach: Engaged with 98 bankers across different roles to empathize with their needs and understand the diverse responsibilities they manage. Used findings to guide problem discovery and focused ideation, ensuring that solutions targeted the most critical issues.

Solution: Designed and iterated a customer profile prototype in Dynamics 365 based on banker feedback, refining it through scenario-based testing.

Impact: Streamlined access to customer data, improving bankers' efficiency and laying the groundwork for future system enhancements.
