River Guru App

This App tells you if the weather is nice enough to go for a swim in the river Aare in Switzerland.

It is basically a weather app which relies heavily on text and not so much on icons.

The reason is that the hydrological data is quite abstract to understand if you don't use it on a daily basis.

We therefore aded text indicators to the data. For example: the amount of water flowing in the river (m3/s) is translated to the range of "Not very much" till "It's insane!". Same goes for the water temperature: The indicator range goes from: "What are you waiting for" to "Better go build an Iglo somewhere".

These indicators add a funny twist. And since it's basically a app only for summer The colors have a Ice-Creamy touch.
