DailyUI #017 - Email Receipt

Working a little more on Lock & Stock with this email receipt.

I see a lot of really clean receipt examples on Dribble, but I know folks are leaving off a lot of information that customers need.

So this is the kitchen sink approach, but I think most people check the receipt for either the tracking or the order information in case they need to do a return. That's what I've tried to highlight here.
