Espresso House · Live Order Chatbot · Product Design & UX/UI

Hello! ☕️

I’m happy to showcase the case study of Chatbot UX and UI Design for Espresso House. It aims to design a full UX flow for coffee ordering and its associated UI.

[The Casy Study]

Espresso House is a Nordic coffeehouse chain offering a variety of coffee drinks, pastries, sandwiches, and other snacks. Known for its cozy atmosphere, it's a popular spot for relaxing, working, or meeting with friends.

[Goal of the Case Study]

With the emergence of subscription models in the FoodTech industry, many companies are navigating towards a new model. To answer this new approach, this was a good occasion to imagine and design a full UX flow for ordering coffee online, using storytelling and a well-crafted UI to enhance User Experience.
