TournEvents Design Refresh

TournEvents provides a service that empowers golfers to create and manage golf tournaments... kind of like an EventBrite for golf tournaments.

The CEO of the company hired me to optimize the overall layout and design aesthetic for the site, in his words, "we are currently at version 1.0, but we want you to take us to 2.0."

My intention was to generate more polish and sophistication in the overall "look", and to create more opportunities for the client to showcase beautiful photography and also background video. To help encourage user sign-up, we thought it'd be useful to lean on client testimonials to help validate their awesome product.
