Winning auctions for the best advertising spaces.

Platforms like Google Ads and Acuity Ads compete in auctions that last fractions of a second to display their clients' ads in the best available spaces. To achieve their goal, they must be very well parameterized and handle a large number of variables correctly.

My task with Acuity was to redesign the system screens they had and improve the usability of task flows, aiming to reduce cognitive load, decrease the learning curve, and minimize the friction produced by a system whose screens resemble those of an airplane cockpit.
