Nase wanted a centralized system to help them understand what each worker and engineer in the company was working on, as well as the roadmaps and details of each employee, especially focused on performance evaluation by department heads.
My job was to create all the system flows, provide ideas to add value for managers, and ensure the overall quality of the user experience.
