Helping Glovo Expand by Targeting Non-Food Customers

Glovo is one of the largest companies in food delivery, but what sets Glovo apart is that it also delivers from other businesses such as florists, perfumeries, etc.

But Glovo is primarily focused on restaurants, so I decided to help Glovo increase the number of customers in other markets.

Problem

Glovo has a total of 5 target groups, and on the website, restaurants are presented as the main target group, with the entire home page dedicated to restaurant owners.

01.

Limited information on the home page

02.

Difficulty Finding Business Selection Button

03.

Inconsistent Information Across Business Pages

Goal

As we mentioned,Glovo has 5 different target groups, including restaurants as the most represented. The goal is to increase partnerships with other types of businesses, or in other words, the remaining target groups.

Solution

Customizing for each target group helps owners better understand the benefits and ways Glovo provides to improve their business specifically.

Features

Visualizing success to potential customers through strong metrics

Glovo generally doesn't have benefits listed on the home page, but they are on the pages for other target groups.

I opted for high-level benefits to create greater confidence that implementing online delivery will contribute to their business.

Showing real results to build trust.

Results are the strongest confirmation of the software functionality and business impact that it can create.

Case studies, showcasing results through statistics and strategies implemented by businesses before and after partnering with Glovo, instill trust in every website visitor.

Providing expert assistance is a Appealing for smaller and startup restaurants.

Pricing

As I mentioned earlier, I removed 'Products' and 'Pricing' from the navigation bar, and this section is a combination of the two.

I created two groups of services: with delivery (Delivery with Glovo and Own delivery) and without delivery (In-store pickup), because the fees are the same for Own delivery and In-store pickup, but the services offered to customers are different.
