Design an AI powered recruitment tool which allows recruiters of a company to create perfect job descriptions & find best possible talent.
To understand the problem better. I formed the user story/persona.
Persona: Rick the recruiter
He works with managers on meeting their recruitment needs. He helps create ideal job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles for open roles and works on sourcing good candidates for those roles. This currently is a time intensive process. He comes across a new AI powered recruitment tool that will enable him to accelerate his current process.
Purpose of this AI tool can be summarized as
Help Recruiters to accelerate the process of sourcing ideal candidate.
Share best ideal candidates list to Hiring Manager.
