Crafting the Blockchain Service Digital Experience
In this case study, I outline our design journey with a leading blockchain company. Our goal was simple: to create a website that’s as forward-thinking as the company itself, from the first planning stages to the finished product.
Design process:
Design Brief: Gathering foundational information to guide the design.
Protopersona: Developing a user-centric approach to address real user needs.
Structure of Website: Planning the site's architecture for a user-friendly experience.
Research: Keeping the design current and relevant by understanding market trends.
Moodboard: Establishing a visual direction that captures the brand's essence.
Wireframes: Laying out the basic structure before visual details are added.
Preparing for UI Design: Detailing elements like layouts, typography, and palette to ensure a consistent visual language.
UI Design: Crafting the final look and feel of the website in two parts, involving iterative feedback and refinement.
Responsive Design: Adapting the design to function across various devices and screen sizes.
Motion: Adding animations to enhance interactivity and engagement.
Design Review: Obtaining feedback from experts and stakeholders to align with project goals.
Content: Integrating relevant and updated information into the design.
Review Development: Collaborating with developers to ensure the design is faithfully and effectively translated into a working website.
Deliverables
The project wrapped up with a full set of deliverables: a homepage that adapts smoothly to any screen, detailed designs for various pages, a complete set of design tools and guidelines, and thorough documentation of the design process.
