Telepath - Brain to Text

It was the 18th century when we invented the first forms of typewriters. For instance, the French Revolution had not yet begun.

Humans built railways, discovered electricity, and invented computers. However, the method of typing on computers has remained largely the same.

Even as computers shrunk to fit in the palm of hands, the keyboards have also been reduced to fit. But is this truly the best humanity can do?

What will be the next revolution in communication medium?

This is a simple visualization of how we input text on our computers:

Telepathy is the quickest path between your thoughts and text, eliminating mediums such as keyboards and dictation.

I'm excited to present a concept for faster and easier communication with our computers:

Telepath.

Start thinking.

Press and hold a button located at the bottom where the text field used to be.

This is an interaction that we're all familiar with from sending a voice recording.

Part 2 here

Go hands-free.

When the text takes too long, the hands-free option is available there.

Finished at speed of thought.

When thoughts are instantly reflected on the device without encountering any barriers, this marks the next evolution beyond traditional text input methods.

Besides all of this, I know there is a reason why our typing experience has remained the same since its invention. Because it worked great.

There is countless technical challenges of this concept, but remember, it's just a fictional desire.

Finishing this post with my wish that one day, we'll be able to write simply by thinking.

Thank you for reading! ❤️
