EnGS is a mobile app that aimed to facilitate the registration process and renewal at the National Insurance of Gabon. The name stands for "Enrôlement CNAMGS" in English: "CNAMGS registration". CNAMGS being the acronym of the name of the National Insurance.

Problem

• The lack of information: about the expiration date of your registration, how to renew it, when to renew it and how to even register to it to begin with.

• The long processing time: after registering you can wait up to 2 months until you can go and get an ID.

• The lack of organisation: the long lines, the crowd, the time to be at their location.
