Project Launches for Kubernetes

In Spring of 2024, we at Fermyon identified a lot of market interest in looking to apply our cloud compute solutions to the Kubernetes-centric stack.

We quickly planned and executed the release of a product offering which focused on helping teams to run WebAssembly-powered apps on their existing cloud infrastructure.

The release of SpinKube (open source) and Fermyon Platform for Kubernetes provided ways for teams big and small to achieve a 50x improvement in workload density - meaning a massive reduction in cloud costs and more flexibility of where and how apps can be deployed (across CPU and OS architectures like ARM)
