Moorman Interim Logo

Hey guys, I would like to hear some feedback on a logo I'm designing for an interim business (not even sure if that's English :p). The idea is that the initials of the company name M and I form a suit, since the client works a lot in the business environment. My biggest question is if people see that it's not just a suit but actually the letters M and I. So again, feedback is welcome! Cya!
