Dirty Water Bagel co.

Another idea I've been playing around with is a bagel company. Since New York swears that the key ingredient in their bagels (and apparently pizza too?) is the NY water, I was inspired to create a brand that would play with this idea, while also fueling the NY-Boston rivalry. hehe. "Dirty Water Bagel co" suggests that the water is sourced from Boston's "dirty water."
