Call center widget interface
Based fully on widget structire with fluid transitions between each step of product flow, it is easily customisable for any business needs.
The core areas are:
Help area — script, wiki, history and support, and each section can become separated widget if we need to access specific info at once.
Main area — consists of client info, call & application manager, and the workplace itself. The workplace usually consists of 1-3 steps — it depends on the required product flow.
An operator's home page is also very flexible by the structure. Basically it consists of statistics & achievements info, calendar with scheduled meetings, personal settings area. A home page may contain supporting info in any form, for example — as motivational and educational cards, graphs or diagrams.
