Client Management Platform

The Customer page is a centralized hub designed for admins to manage and track their customers and also track agent efficiently. It provides a user-friendly list view that displays all the currently added customers chats and see their status. Each customer is represented as a distinct entry in the list, showing relevant information such as their name, contact details, and who agent is on charge.

On the right hand side, the administrator will be able to see more detailed information about the customer and see who is in charge, he can also change the agent or add a senior agent to support the customer.
