Happn wanted to break its brand image image, rebuild its product vision and its user experience. 

  • Business objectives 

- Personalize the happner experience to attract more female happners  - Secure women on the mobile application (1/5 of users)

- Attract a younger population (except for Genz)

- Better guide happners in the use of the application to ensure better retention and acquisition of happners.
