Promotional Pamphlets

The client was looking for a visually excellent real estate one-pager using text they provided. The pamphlet is meant to be used by agents in client meetings as a conversation guide.

When designing templates, I like to focus on the colors and tones within the photos, making sure all of the images and text are cohesive. In this instance, I let the client’s brand style inform my photography choice and colors to create a design that feels upscale and professional. All of the elements should create a cohesive final product that gives the viewer a sense of who the company is.
