Configuration Panel for Muti-Image Input

This panel quickens the basic output configuration of multiple images for an photo encoder/decoder that embracing new formats (war) and also utilizes both Web Workers and WebAssembly for decoding and encoding tasks.

Dev note: keep in mind that it's currently not supported 16-bit output yet.
