My mission was to create a banking app that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of modern banking consumers
Additionally, features like Scan QR and Nearby Branches were added to cater to both new-age users accustomed to online banking and
older users seeking physical branch locations.
Through a thorough user research process encompassing techniques such as Card Sorting, Interviews, Surveys, Empathy Mapping,
SWOT Analysis, User Personas, and Usability Testing, I gained invaluable insights into user preferences, pain points, and aspirations.
Armed with this deep understanding of our users, I set out to develop an app that caters to their needs and desires.

Research Methodology
I conducted thorough research using various methods including Card Sorting, Interviews, Surveys, Empathy Mapping, SWOT
Analysis, User Personas, and Usability Testing. These insights guided the design process, resulting in a user-centric and
modern app. Key features are conveniently located on the Homepage dashboard for easy access, while additional features
like monthly spending insights were added to enhance money management.
