    Challenge

    Design a flow to allow lawyers and legal sector self-employed workers to send formal billings to their customers with flexible payment mothods (Bank Slip, Credit Card and Pix).

    Impact

    More than 50 recordings of usage I monitored shows the users understood the UI and UX writing pretty quickly and are sending complex charges (for instance, recurrent billing on credit card) to their customers in less than 2 minutes.

    • An average of 500 billings are sent monthly;

    • An average of BRL 900k are moved monthly using this functionality

    The numbers show that users are being able to complete the task of sending billings successfully using this design.
