Enabling real-time communication between candidates and recruiters is essential. However, for startups, building such a feature can be complex. I'm proud to tell you that in our latest release, WisdomCircle now offers on-platform real-time chat! 🎉

Enter your During the design phase, we analyzed various examples to understand user expectations. We then customized the user flow and appearance for our target audience — seniors. Considering technical constraints, our initial chat version's key features are:

💬 Real-time communication between WisGen and recruiters, ensuring instant and seamless interaction.

💼 Chat initiation is limited to recruiters after a WisGen applies for a role.

⭕ Messages are organized in a dedicated 'Messages' tab for easy conversation tracking.

🔔 Unread message alerts ensure no important texts are missed.

🚫 Both WisGen and recruiters can block/report users, preventing misuse and enabling swift action.text here...
