I tried to make her expression seem uninterested or unimpressed. She's not looking away from the viewer to be demure, she just has no interest in the viewer whatsoever. I also tried to make the background intricate but also confusing and nonsensical and I feel I was pretty successful. Her hair, the lace, and the velvet texture on the blue fabric were the most annoying parts of this project. Her eyes and the pomegranate were my favorites <3
