Avalon Properties Rebrand Mockup | Design Room
Avalon Properties is a boutique Real Estate Brokerage Firm based in Brunswick Georgia who came to us for a rebrand.
Due to circumstances however they were unfortunately unable to go through with the rebrand for the foreseeable future.
The following is some of what was done prior to cancellation.
NOTE: this project is still "Work in Progress" quality.
Design
The idea of the rebrand was to create a timeless design that is easily recognizable and works across the entire brand.
The client did request that the Symbol retain both the imagery of the sun and that the design incorporate green in it.
Other ideas were to keep simple earth tones throughout the design.
Symbol Design
The symbol design is made to represent the sun making its appearance as it rises over a rooftop (also doubles as an A for Avalon) of a property being sold by the company.

Business Card
Currently the company uses personal email addresses along with other unbranded links for each agent.
Part of our idea for the brand was to create a system allowing each agent to have branded affiliate email addresses, URLs and so on.

Avalon Properties Luxury Estates
Early-stage mockup of Luxury Division logo.
Due to where they are located, Avalon Properties is in a prime location for listing luxury properties.
With this in mind a luxury division was in development.
Brand Guidelines
Before working on anything else such as signage, social templates, etc. we design the Brand Guidelines to ensure that all of our designs would work together cohesively.
NOTE: This is an unfinished project and some of the guidelines may not be complete.
